Chris Read - Founder
Chris has worked in teacher development and education for 15 years, and was a strategy and management consultant before this.
He has been the Chair of Trustees of a 10-school multi-academy trust, has chaired another Academy Trust, and was the Head of Professional Development and Talent Development at a Trust of nine secondary schools in the North West of England.
Chris has designed and delivered initial teacher training, early career training, and National Professional Qualifications for national Lead Providers and Academy Trusts, and has worked for and with Ofsted Outstanding Initial Teacher Training providers. Chris has also designed DfE-funded whole school improvement programmes, and been an adviser to Trusts and groups setting up new schools, advising on curriculum, governance and financial models, and staffing structures.
As a management consultant at Accenture and Bupa, Chris has worked for clients in finance, energy, and healthcare.
